Six questions with Deb Sarsany -The Deb Sarsany Team at The Real Estate Group

What inspired you to launch your business? 

I have worked as an independent Real Estate agent for over 20 years. Five years ago, I recognized that the next step for growth and to stay up with the current way the market was moving was to build a team. The Deb Sarsany Team consists of eight awesome and dedicated women.

About what are you most passionate?  

I am very passionate about matchmaking people with houses. I also have a lot of passion for making the selling process seamless, painless, and enjoyable for sellers. 

How do you start your day? 

I start my day with 'me' time. I like to go for a long walk and breathe in the new day. I want to start with a clear mind. I am then able to sit down and get my day in order. I also make sure I "swallow the frog" first thing in the morning - get the tough stuff over with so you can be productive the remainder of the day. 

Which local business do you like to support? 

Restaurants are the easiest to support. Right? Because we all need to eat. I also like to shop at local gift shops when I purchase my closing gift for my clients or birthday gifts for friends and family.

What do you deem as success in business? 

Referrals and repeat business say it all.  

What is your number one piece of advice for business owners? 

Don't quit. If you have the passion, the drive, and the time you can make it work. But have a "stop-loss plan."
