Bloom Hospitality & Catering celebrates its first year in business

Bloom Hospitality & Catering celebrates one year in business in May.

Gabi Thompson, 33, launched the Springfield catering company to meet demand for corporate and private dining experiences throughout central Illinois.

“We have been fortunate to experience an extremely successful first year in business thanks to the support of our family, friends, and community,” said Gabi. “We have exciting things happening and cannot wait to share our news. In the meantime, we continue to serve our existing clients and grow the business.”

Bloom Hospitality & Catering is a full-service caterer for small gatherings of 300+ guests in Springfield and the surrounding areas. The menu offers traditional cuisine with a modern twist.

In celebration of its first year in business, Bloom has a giveaway on Facebook for lunch for 10 guests. The winner can choose to have lunch at their workplace or home. Additional meals can be added to the winning 10 meals. Meal selections must be made from the new spring lunch menu.
