What inspired you to launch your business?
I was inspired to launch my business because of my daughter. I wanted to do something where I could stay home with her and enjoy being a stay-at-home mother while having an income and doing something I loved.
What is your passion?
My passion is helping the community. Cheesy, but seriously, I love helping customers find the clothing they love and feel comfortable and beautiful. I love providing a shopping experience right in the heart of Jacksonville.
How do you start your day?
I start my day by waking my daughter and seeing her beautiful face: a reason I love what I do.
Favorite local business?
My favorite local businesses? Wow, there are so many. Modern Groove has a great selection. Green Haven is a beautiful environment with a range of items for everyone.
What do you deem as success in business?
I deem success in a business when you can provide for yourself and your family and spend quality time with them. As a mother and wife, my family is the most important thing to me, and I love that my job allows me to be with them and provide for them. I never feel like I am missing out on anything.
What is your number one piece of advice for business owners?
Find yourself outside of owning a business. We are all human and deserve a life outside of being small business owners. Make time for those you love.
