What inspired you to launch your business?
I wanted to build something that would benefit my family and future generations.
What is your passion?
My true passion is timber/tree work as a whole. Felling a tall tree or even splitting a cord of firewood is almost like meditation to me.
How do you start your day?
I start my day around 4.30 am with a cup of coffee and quality time with my wife and two dogs.

Favorite local businesses include Sangamon Tree Service, Knob Hill Landscape, and any locally owned restaurants.
What do you deem as success in business?
Building a secure and enjoyable workplace capable of benefiting both your family and the families of the employees that work for you is business success.
What is your number one piece of advice for business owners?
If you are looking for a work/life balance, then stay an employee.
